A second small bedroom can accommodate a smaller family member, but is equipped with a single-sized adult bed. In the attic there is a bathroom with shower providing guests with all the necessary amenities. A shaded terrace completes the level with wonderful views of the neighboring forest and the sea of the Argolic Gulf.

The lower level has a main entrance and consists of 3 bedrooms each with independent balcony doors leading to a lower terrace and a large area with lawn. Two of the three bedrooms have queen size beds and all the necessary furniture and amenities for a comfortable stay. The third bedroom has a double bunk bed with adult-sized beds and is ideal for teenagers. A bathroom with shower is on the same level as the spiral staircase leading to the upper level and the living room of the villa.

A 250 sqm lawn, a large barbecue with accessories, a traditional wood-fired oven, an outdoor sink and cupboards are also fitted with a large solid wood outdoor dining area with benches.There is also a washing machine and dryer. Additional parking is available for two more vehicles. Outdoor showers and comfortable sun loungers are available. A shady large outdoor lounge area with minibar.
